Originally was 1 farmhouse with a huge Barn (Ideal for another property) at 1 end & another at the other (now converted to the Studio), however they are easily converted back to the original farmhouse with the Studio as a nice separate property. Outside is about 5500 sq mtrs including a large detached garage, a huge cow-shed, bluebell woods, a small vineyard in the main field with veg patch, pool & duck pond.

Local activities apart from eating and drinking include cycling, riding, walking, fishing and there are also many historic sights to visit. Or should you prefer, simply laze around in the sunshine at home resting and relaxing whilst for your enjoyment we have a large swimming pool (unheated) and barbecue.

They are alongside an old goat shed, courtyard and bake-house and was originally a Poitevin farm cottage to the vineyard which remains. Lavander Cottage a large property which has one entrance leading into the large kitchen dining area 5.6x3.3m with original beamed ceiling and oak floor. The stairs lead up to 2 large bedrooms, 5.3x2.6m with hand basin, another 3.3x2.4m, plus a storage room, all having wood floors also a large shower room with a toilet and sink.

The Studio the entrance leads to the Veranda 2.7x1.8m down to kitchen 4.8x2.2m leading to a separate shower & toilet, 1.8x1m.

Half way down turn right into a large lounge 6x3.1m with stairs at the back leading up to a large bedroom 6x3.6m with an ensuite bathroom, 3.6x1.6m, plus a storage room.

Each of the 3 properties has it's own electric meters with individual water heaters and stop-cocks. All are served by a single fosse-septique.
